Well known Boston restaurant seeks an executive chef. The right candidate is organized, has high standard for themselves and their staff, has experience leading a team, knows how to delegate, and will work closely with the owners to execute the vision of the restaurant. Strong fundamentals are essential, but the right person also needs to be able to adapt and learn about different cuisines and cultures.
Pay is competitive, 50 hours/week. Sick time and vacation days included.
