New Beachside Restaurant – Chef de Cuisine

An established team opening a restaurant just outside of Boston is looking for a chef de cuisine to work under an Executive Chef in creating a new experience on the beach just outside Boston, still on the T. This position will be starting taking over new daily kitchen operations of 2 separate kitchens. The cuisine will be protein and plant based with a heavy dose of summer New England seafood.

Sanitation, organization, communication and cost control are all needed skills.
