This opportunity has not been available for over 30 years and is an unprecedented opportunity for an Executive and/or Sous Chef to make their mark in the culinary world.
The role of Executive will be in full control of all culinary operations, working hand in hand with ownership to meet and exceed all expectations and goals put forth in managing the kitchen. The executive will have full responsibility in creating seasonal changes to the existing menu, as well as preserving the traditional recipes that have been known and loved by our guests for over 50 years. To increase the efficiency of a busy kitchen and guide a very skilled team, as well as advocate consistency in culinary preparation and plating, management is seeking a kitchen general. This role has the potential to quickly transition into a partnership opportunity and/or multi-unit management for the right candidate.
Salary is commesurate with experience and is VERY competitive including full benefits of health and dental insurance, 401k, and vacation.
