Dorchester restaurant located on the Red Line is seeking a Dynamic Chef to run the daily operations of a 100 seat Italian Restaurant. Individual should be self-motivated, creative, well versed in modern and classic Italian cuisine. This location is a scratch kitchen with fresh made pasta, pizza, full bar. Individual should posses the following skill sets: Food inventory, ordering, large repertoire of Italian recipes, be well organized, have some experience in functions and off premise events, willingness & eagerness to collaborate with front of the house, have high integrity, strong desire to build sales and be a strong team member and leader. Spanish is a plus. The restaurant is open 5 days a week for dinner only, closed on Sunday and Monday (currently). A great opportunity and schedule for the right person. Big egos need not apply.
