Busy Boston seafood restaurant looking for a full time butcher to join their team. They are an independently owned restaurant that provides a positive work environment and opportunity to grow. Typical work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 12 to 8; some Sundays and overtime will be required during busy times of year. Candidates must be able to work independently, be organized, prioritize task, be a good communicator, be reliable and work well on a team. Basic butchery and knife skills are needed but they will train the right person.
