Annie May’s Sweet Cafe is opening our first New England location this summer and is looking for early-morning bakers to join their team!
Annie May’s Sweet Cafe believe food allergies should not stop anyone from enjoying decadent, delicious treats. All of the bakery items in their dedicated facility are allergen-free from: Wheat, Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree nuts (excluding coconut), Shellfish, Sesame, and Soy!
The early morning baker is expected to follow recipes to produce a range of quality baked goods including pastries, cakes and breads. Applicants must be able to start shifts between 2am and 6am, maintain a degree of flexibility in scheduling as we develop the business and lift at least 25 lbs. This job is an opportunity to learn more about how to prepare baked goods that meet a diverse set of dietary needs while still maintaining high standards of quality. All employees at AMSC must be diligent about food safety and allergy awareness.
Prior experience is necessary.
