Alcove – Server

Alcove, a bustling neighborhood restaurant that highlights coastal New England cuisine, is looking for a Server to join their expanding team.

Owner Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli recently welcomed the award-winning Chef Charles Draghi to the helm of the West End spot. Draghi, who closed his well-loved Bay Village endeavor, erbaluce, in 2018 after a decade-long run, came up in some of the city’s top kitchens including L’Espalier, Harvest, Tangiers, and Marcuccio’s. He brings his expertise and professionalism to the TD Garden-adjacent restaurant, known for its one-of-a-kind location overlooking the Charles River and the Zakim Bridge. They are entering their third year as a destination in the West End, with a large four-season waterfront patio, an award-winning beverage program, and a thoughtful and modern approach to hospitality.

Qualified candidates are hard-working team players with excellent communication skills. They are looking for people who can deliver warm and genuine hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates should possess an infectious positive attitude, a commitment to their own continued growth and development, and be prepared to work as a team to create memorable experiences for their guests.

While they place a strong emphasis on continuing education, this position requires at least an entry-level knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.

Benefits are available after 90 days. All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
