Alcove, a bustling neighborhood restaurant that features a large, four-season patio, coastal New England cuisine, and an award-winning chef and beverage program, is looking for a General Manager. Entering their third year as a destination in the West End, they are looking for someone with the experience and the vision to lead their talented crew of hard-working kitchen and floor staff into the next era of post-pandemic dining.
Qualified candidates must have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and be comfortable in all aspects of the restaurant’s functioning- from day-to-day operations and guest relations, to understanding Alcove’s financial health and sustainability and potential for growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to work gracefully under pressure are a must in their fast-paced, high volume environment.
A minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience is required for this position.
Compensation: Salary is 70-90k, commensurate with work experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance and bonus structure.
