They are a 3rd party catering company, serving corporate, tech, & medical clients here in Massachusetts and in Washington D.C. Their main office is located just steps from South Station here in Boston. At Alchemista, they offer a Monday – Friday schedule, modern culture, a stocked kitchen, & daily catered meals! Occasional overtime is necessary. Benefits offered to eligible employees.
They are currently expanding their services and expanding their business! They are seeking a qualified, proactive General Manager! Duties include (but are not limited to), local P&L, day-to-day operations, scheduling, sales, vendor management, licensing & permitting, inventory, and the general success of their internal team here in Boston. Experience opening restaurants and overseeing multi-facet/multi-unit operations desired. Experience with coffee service and barista operations, food sourcing, allergies & cooking processes, alcohol service, purchasing & inventory, cost management, and a proven track-record of successful project management preferred. ServeSafe & TIPS Certified a plus.
