ALBA Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated individual with strong management and organization skills, experience in a high-volume setting, and a strong knowledge of food and wine. Candidates should have a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic, a genuine love of hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both customers and staff members. The ability to work hard, multitask, and keep composure under pressure is required. Candidates should have a flexible schedule that allows them to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of 3 years management experience. A degree in hospitality management is a plus but not necessary. Work closely with all personnel and conduct staff meetings.
