Alba on 53, the newly opened Hanover restaurant from the folks at Alba, is searching for a proven culinary talent to serve as sous chef in their busy, high-energy kitchen where they prepare prime steaks, fresh seafood and Mediterranean specialties for discerning diners.
Looking for a passionate, experienced sous chef with the ability to run a high volume steak and seafood restaurant. Must have experience on grill, sautee, sauce making, ordering and food cost management, fish and meat butchery as well as pizza and pasta making. This is a working position and you will be expected to work on the line during service. Must be results driven and able to work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen under high pressure.
