ALBA Restaurant Quincy we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our support staff as bussers and food runners. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to meet you!
Busser Position:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Assist servers with various tasks
- Ensure proper sanitation standards are met
Food Runner Position:
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Ensure proper food presentation
- Communicate effectively between kitchen and serving staff
Requirements for both positions:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
