Adelita, part of the award winning and expanding Concord Restaurant Group in Concord, MA (which also includes Woods Hill Table and Woods Hill Pier 4), is looking for talented part time and full time server/bartender/busser/shift leaders to add to our service team to meet growing demand. We are a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, and we prepare everything daily from scratch, proudly serving grass-fed, non GMO meats. We pride ourselves on our thoughtfully crafted cocktails, sourcing organic wine and serving local craft beer.
Requirements:
- Previous experience
- Someone with an appetite to learn and able to work side by side with some one the hardest working restaurant teams around.
- A team player who can work well and cooperate with other team members in a fast paced environment.
- Interest in creating and being a part of a culinary experience.
- Who is able to work between 18 and 40 hours a week.
- Who is able to work weekends.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is encouraged.
- Understanding of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and organic practices or a willingness to learn.
