A&B Burgers, a high volume Gastro Pub, is currently looking for a sous chef to help oversee its operation on in Boston, MA.
Best of North Shore award winner 3 years in a row A&B is a fun and exciting place to eat and work! They work closely with local artisan purveyors such as AJ King bakers and New England Charcuterie.
The ideal candidate will assist the chef in running all day to day operations including but not limited to
- hiring, training of staff
- menu development
- creation of daily/weekly/seasonal additions to menu
- planning of pop up beer/wine dinners monthly
- overseeing in house buy out and off site events
Salary will be based on relevant experience and skill set. Health and dental insurance included as well as paid vacation and dinning discounts at all their locations.
Schedule will include a mix of opening and closing depending on the needs of the restaurant
