80 Thoreau is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join and lead the awesome team in their seasonally-driven, locally-sourced, French-inspired kitchen!
The sous chef works a station each shift in addition to helping with charcuterie, butchering, braising, pasta making, baking, sanitation, training and special events. Three years or more experience required, preferably in fine dining or similar restaurant settings. Previous management experience will be considered a plus but is not required. This is a great opportunity for a motivated line cook to take the next step in their career.
They offer competitive pay and benefits, there is also ample free parking and easy access on the MBTA commuter rail. 80 Thoreau currently serves dinner six nights a week; and lunch Thursday through Saturday – closed on Sunday!
