80 Thoreau is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join and lead their tight-knit crew of dedicated cooks! They are a scratch kitchen focused on French technique and local ingredients. They serve dinner only, six nights a week (closed Sunday). The sous chef works a station each shift in addition to helping with charcuterie, butchering, braising, pasta making, baking, sanitation, training and special events. Three years or more experience required, preferably in fine dining or similar restaurant settings. Previous management experience considered a plus but is not required.
