80 Thoreau is currently hiring prep cooks to join their tight-knit, dedicated kitchen crew! They are a scratch kitchen focused on French technique and local ingredients. They serve dinner only, six nights a week (closed Sunday!!!). They are looking for enthusiastic team members eager to learn. There is lots of room for growth at 80 Thoreau, as well as at their Boston restaurant group (Mooncusser Fish House, Moon Bar and Cusser’s Roast Beef & Seafood). Some experience or culinary school is preferred, but they are willing to train the right candidates. This is primarily a daytime position, shifts run approximately 10am – 6pm; Monday through Saturday. They offer competitive pay and benefits, there is also ample FREE PARKING.
