80 Thoreau is currently seeking entry level and experienced prep cooks to join their tight-knit, dedicated kitchen crew! They are a scratch kitchen focused on French technique and local ingredients. They serve dinner only, six nights a week (closed Sunday!!!). They are looking for enthusiastic team members eager to learn and work with great ingredients. Some experience or culinary school is preferred, but they are willing to train the right candidates.
There is one position available for a cook with experience in any/all of the following: pasta making, soups, butchery and baking. They offer competitive pay and benefits, there is also ample FREE PARKING. Full time, part-time and temporary applications accepted. This is a day time position.
