80 Thoreau is seeking a pastry cook to execute production of our seasonal dessert menu. This is a full-time morning/daytime position, 2-3 years of experience required. This position will involve creative input, working closely with the Chef and CDC on menu design. 80 Thoreau serves dinner only 6 nights a week, the restaurant is closed on Sunday.
