80 Thoreau – Line Cooks

80 Thoreau is currently seeking entry level and hot line cooks to join their tight-knit, dedicated kitchen crew! They are a scratch kitchen focused on French technique and local ingredients. They serve dinner, six nights a week (closed Sunday!!!).

They are looking for enthusiastic team members eager to learn. Gain exposure and learn pasta making, pastry, butchery, charcuterie – meat and seafood. Some experience or culinary school is preferred for the entry level positions, but they are willing to train the right candidates. One or two years experience in a fine-dining, scratch kitchen required for hot line positions.

They offer competitive pay and benefits, there is also ample FREE PARKING. Full time, part-time and temporary applications accepted; day and night shifts both available.
