80 Thoreau is currently seeking a First Cook to join and lead their tight-knit crew of dedicated cooks! They are a scratch kitchen focused on French technique and local ingredients. They serve dinner only, six nights a week (closed Sundays). They are looking for enthusiastic team members eager to learn, there is lots of opportunity for advancement in their organization, as they recently opened their second restaurant, Mooncusser Fish House. Two years or more experience required, preferably in fine dining or similar restaurant settings. They offer competitive pay and benefits, there is also ample free parking.
