Young Guns Dinner at Spire

Chef Gabriel Frasca invites some of the area’s brightest up and coming culinary stars to join him in the kitchen at Spire for the upcoming Young Guns Dinner on Monday, May 17th. Chefs Marc Orfaly of Pigalle, Jeremy Sewall of Great Bay, Amanda Lydon of UpStairs on the Square, Anthony Susi of Sage, Dante DeMagistris of blu and Michael Lascola of American Seasons on Nantucket join Frasca at Spire to prepare a seven-course dinner which will be paired with seven complementary wines. The menu features dishes like spring fava beans with pecorino and mint (from deMagistris);
sautéed skate with pastrami & pea stuffing, creamy grits and grilled watermelon (from Susi); Colorado lamb loin with asparagus, ramp spaetzle and leaf spinach (from Frasca); and baba au rhum with rum-raisin ice cream (from Lydon).
