The Smoke Shop’s Wyoming Whiskey & BBQ Feast

You can get a major BBQ and bourbon fix at The Smoke Shop’s Harvard Square location on Thursday, May 5th. Acclaimed chef, celebrated cookbook author and award-winning pitmaster Andy Husbands and his crew will be welcoming Wyoming Whiskey’s Co-Founder, David DeFazio, for a whiskey tasting and discussion paired with a special menu of The Smoke Shop’s signature barbecue.

DeFazio will present the history of the Bighorn Basin-area distillery as you arrive and enjoy an Old Fashioned made with Wyoming Whiskey. He’ll then walk everyone through a trio of tastings from their catalog including Small Batch, Outryder, and Double Cask as you dig in to a menu of smoked wings, honey butter sea salt cornbread, roasted asparagus salad, smoked Mead Ranch prime rib of beef and Mexican chocolate butter cake (a nod to Cinco de Mayo!).

Each $100 ticket includes a welcome cocktail, food, the bourbon tasting and presentation, tax, and gratuity. Dinner starts at 6:30pm; reserve your spot via The Smoke Shop website so you don’t miss a minute (or a morsel).
