L'Espalier

Start the week with white Burgundies (some of the best wines in the world) at L’Espalier’s next Wine Monday. The recurring dinner series, which started way back in 2002, is a fabulous way to chat with fellow oenophiles and wake up your taste buds over five courses from chef Frank McClelland and his team. You might be the first to try a dish that ends up on the Back Bay spot’s permanent menu. At this particular event, on Monday, March 14th, you’ll have a pairing with each course including ‘15 Isabelle et Denis Chablis’16 Domaine Delarche, “Les Combottes“, Bruno Colin Chassagne Montrachet and Bailly Lapierre Cremant.
