Start the week with white Burgundies (some of the best wines in the world) at L’Espalier’s next Wine Monday. The recurring dinner series, which started way back in 2002, is a fabulous way to chat with fellow oenophiles and wake up your taste buds over five courses from chef Frank McClelland and his team. You might be the first to try a dish that ends up on the Back Bay spot’s permanent menu. At this particular event, on Monday, March 14th, you’ll have a pairing with each course including ‘15 Isabelle et Denis Chablis, ’16 Domaine Delarche, “Les Combottes“, Bruno Colin Chassagne Montrachet and Bailly Lapierre Cremant. Dinner starts at 7:00pm and costs $110 per person. Call 617.262.3023 to make your reservation.
