On Tuesday, March 17th, Chef Cassie Piuma is teaming up with her business partners and friends Chefs Maura Kilpatrick and Ana Sortun, whipping up brand new dishes in the Sarma kitchen for a multi-course dinner celebrating the women behind the restaurant industry. Resy’s Women of Food dinner series is a global event now in its third year, in which some of the world’s best female chefs honor the women who have inspired them.
