It’s a wine dinner two-fer on Tuesday, November 1st when Blue Ginger explores the wines of Tablas Creek and Chateau Beaucastel. Chef Ming Tsai welcomes the sister vineyards (Tablas Creek is a joint effort from wine world bigwigs the Perrin family, proprietors of Château de Beaucastel and Robert Haas, who founded of Vineyard Brands) with a six-course menu designed around their wines.
