South African wines in the spotlight at Masona Grill‘s next wine dinner, scheduled for Wednesday, April 21st. Using his signature blend of Latin American and Mediterranean, chef-owner Many Sifnugel brings out the best in the evening’s highlighted wines, which include Indaba Chenin Blanc and Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc.
