Get to know Oregonian wines at Forage’s next Tuesday night wine dinner, scheduled for Tuesday, December 21st. As is their custom, chef Eric Cooper and Stan Hilbert will be working together to create the evening’s menu and highlighted pairings, all of which hail from the Beaver State (the third largest producer of wine in the US of A, behind California and Washington). You can reserve a spot at the restaurant to enjoy your meal on-site ($90 per person) or if you’d prefer to dine at home, you can order your meal to-go ($140 per take-out meal for two).
