Mark your calendars with two new installments in Caffe Umbra’s popular Wine Wednesdays. Sous chef Adam Halberg takes the reins from Laura Brennan to prepare tasty little morsels to accompany the themed wine tastings. Join them on Wednesday, May 19th to explore Chianti and on Wednesday, May 26th to take a closer look at Adam’s favorite wines.
