Forage ups the ante on its Tuesday Wine Dinners with a super fun, weekly lineup of delicious themes. Book your spot and let owner and wine guru Stan Hilbert walk you through a blind tasting (where you could win a $50 gift card if you can guess three of the four offered wines) or take you on a tour of some of his favorite roses and sparklers. Each week Hilbert and chef  Eric Cooper compare notes and collaborate on the pairings so you can be sure the evening’s four-course menu will be in complete harmony.
