If you’re looking to keep that holiday weekend vibe going, Ledger in Salem has a Wednesday night wine tasting that will make light work of your short week. Head to the neighborhood favorite, housed in the historic Salem Savings Bank building, on Wednesday, July 6th from 5:00 to 7:00pm for an informal tasting of seaside/coastal wines that go perfectly with mid-summer weather (think Mediterranean like Provence rosé, Basque country vermouths, and possibly some Sherry). Wine director Scott Lefler will be on hand to discuss the selections, and chef Daniel Gursha will have a bevy of accompanying snacks spread out on the communal table, so you can sip, taste, and sip some more — all in the name of education, of course!
