Give your midweek a little more joie de vivre with Wine Wednesdays at Rochambeau. Every week you can pop by the Back Bay brasserie for lunch or dinner and enjoy a glass of the featured wine-of-the-week with six freshly-shucked East Coast oysters on the half shell for just $25. Bring a friend and get two specials, and some other bites from chef Phil Lewis’ raw bar like shrimp or crab cocktails and you’ve got a perfect little wine and shellfish party — which is extra Parisian out on the patio. Or, start your evening with wine and oysters and move on to mains like classic moules frites with hefeweizen, bacon, lemon and crème fraiche or a 12-oz NY sirloin steak frites with sauce béarnaise and garlic butter. Each week will feature a different oyster-friendly wine and the bevy of bivalves will change depending on availability.
