Maison Robert welcomes chef Diane Forley of New York’s Verbena restaurant for a wine dinner and book signing featuring a menu from her new book Anatomy of a Dish. Join chef Ken Duckworth and Foley in the main dining room at 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 23rd for a menu of mushroom torte; cod poached in herbed clam broth; baby lamb chops with roasted eggplant salad and blueberry lavender tart.
