Wine Dinner at The Bancroft

On Thursday, March 8th, make your midweek a little bit more decadent with a four-course wine dinner at The Bancroft in Burlington. Chef Diego Mota will be joined by special guest Duckhorn Wine Company, who will bring along some of their finest California selections (and hopefully some of their weather). Work up an appetite starting at 6:00pm, mingling over passed hors d’oeuvres paired with Duckhorn’s Decoy Rosé. At 6:30, dinner is served, beginning with Squid-ink Spaghetti a la Chitarra with Migration Chardonnay, and ending with a yet-to-be-revealed dessert alongside Duckhorn’s signature Paraduxx.
