Celebrated vintner Robert Foley will be coming east (all the way from his home/vineyard in Napa), bringing his award-winning vino to Catalyst for a wine dinner on Tuesday, July 25th. Co-hosted by his good friend, chef-owner and sommelier (is there anything he can’t do?), William Kovel, the six-course seated dinner boasts all the wonderful food you’ve come to expect from Catalyst paired with robust wines from Foley’s eponymous label.
