Monday night wine dinners are back on the agenda at Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro. At each Wine & Dine Monday, co-owner and in-house wine expert, Cecilia Rait takes diners on guided regional tours right from the restaurant’s warm Charles Street dining room. Keeping up his culinary side of the bargain, chef Jason Bond pairs a four-course menu designed to complement Rait’s selections. The family-style dinners cost $55 per person and are generally scheduled for the first and third Thursday of the month but you can check the schedule below to see where they’ll be going in upcoming sessions.
