Join chef Benjamin Knack for the inaugural Wine and Dine on Monday, April 18th. The semi-monthly series, which will be held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, will feature a four-course dinner paired with wines of a designated region or type. Cecilia Rait and Marilyn Snee will be on hand to discuss the accompanying wines and why they were selected. The first dinner will highlight Bordeaux wines and include dishes like endive salad with beets and walnuts; braised veal with truffled gnocchi; grilled rack of lamb with braised greens and polenta frites; and regional cheese with quince jam.
