Spend an intimate evening at the Taj with fourteen fellow wine lovers. Twice a month the esteemed hotel opens their historic wine cellar for special tastings, followed by dinner in The Café. The bi-weekly sessions, which start at 6:30pm, might feature a noted winemaker or spirits expert, or they might call on the expertise of the hotel’s in-house sommelier for an informative little chat over hors d’oeuvres. At 7:00pm, guests head upstairs for a four-course dinner matched with the wine or spirit of the evening. The intimate gatherings cost $65 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
