You don’t need to be at the ballpark to satisfy your hotdog hankering—Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant is reviving Wiener Wednesdays for the summer. Every week chef Nick Dixon cooks up (both in his head and on the grill) a crazy delicious combination of dog, bun and elaborate accoutrements. Past renditions have included the Cubano Dog with a wagyu beef hot dog with pulled pork, house pickles, spicy mustard, Swiss cheese sauce and scallions; the Enchilada Dog with wagyu beef hot dog, traditional mole sauce, pickled onions, cotija cheese, crispy tortillas and guacamole purée; and the Ranchero Dog with wagyu beef hot dog, chorizo gravy, black bean aioli, chipotle BBQ and avocado salsa.
