Feeling nostalgic for last summer’s Wiener Wednesdays? Well, hot dog lovers spoke and chef Nicholas Dixon listened — the beloved hump-day tradition is back at Lincoln Tavern. Every week, the crew starts with a wagyu beef frank and then comes the creativity – toppings, adornments and accoutrements, the likes of which you’ve never dreamed.
Recent renditions have included the Street Corn Dog with street corn off the cob, bacon, cotija and pico de gallo, and the Japanese-style chili dog with ginger-miso slaw, tonkatsu sauce, & yuzu aioli. This dine-in only special — no take out orders, sorry! — kicks off every Wednesday at 5:00pm. Follow along on Lincoln’s Facebook page or Instagram to get a sneak peek at the week’s surprise.
