Wiener Wednesdays at Stillwater

Stillwater’s Sarah Wade lets her love of elevated comfort food loose on a beloved tradition: Wiener Wednesdays. Available at lunch and dinner for on-site dining (indoors or out, weather permitting) and for take-out, these fancified franks come in pairs of two for $15. But these aren’t your average dogs — each week Wade will roll out a new creation featuring classic combinations and a few whimsical toppings (recent versions have included the Oklahoma chili dog, a bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper dog, a NYC-style cart dog with sauerkraut and onion sauce and the Fenway Dawg topped with crunchy onion, relish and tangy mustard).
