Have your chopsticks at the ready for Boston Ramen Company’s pop-up appearance at Petit Robert Kenmore Square. On Thursday, January 23rd, the caterer and deliverer-of-noodles, which specializes in tonkotsu ramen adorned with non-traditional toppings, will be showing off some of their signature dishes on a three-course banquet menu, available throughout the evening at the beloved French bistro. The meal costs $45 per person, though they’re charging a non-refundable fee of $10 for reservations to discourage no-shows (so commit, already).
