It might not be the season to be jolly, but there’s plenty to be happy about this time of year, including one of nature’s most delicious annual gifts to foodiekind: truffles. Come celebrate the start of truffle season at Meritage on Wednesday, October 24th, with a four-course menu featuring everybody’s favorite fungus. Chef Daniel Bruce has whipped up an Italian feast that highlights all the delicate flavors of truffles, with delicacies like Diver Scallops in a white truffle foam to simple pleasures like homemade risotto with shaved truffle and Parmesan.
