Whistle while you work your way over to Island Creek Oyster Bar – Burlington on Sunday, April 28th for an afternoon of good food and drink. The folks from Burlington Wine + Spirits, in partnership with WhistlePig rep Jessica Kelly, will guide you through the sipping of five straight rye glasses of WhistlePig 13 year Burlington Wine & Spirit Blend, WhistlePig Farmstock, WhistlePig 12 year World Cask Finish, WhistlePig 15 year and WhistlePig Boss Hog V The Spirit Of Mauve. Chef Matt Celeste is skipping the seafood fare you’d expect from Island Creek and serving up equally amazing eats from the land like North Shore roast beef, fried chicken sammies and hush puppies with Whistle Pig barrel aged maple syrup.
