Whisky Tango at The Biltmore

If whisky and its cousin rye are your spirits of choice, then you’re not going to want to miss the American Whisky Dinner at The Biltmore on Monday, September 29th. Chef David Nevins will serve a 5 course meal made to compliment two of the best U.S. producers of whisky and rye: Dickel Whisky and Bulleit Rye. The menu for the event is full of the approachable, elegant pub fare that Chef Nevins has come to be known for – chilled corn bisque with smoked shrimp salsa and crispy wild boar confit. Reservations, at $55 per person (not including tax or gratuity), are available at 617.527.2550.
