On Wednesday, November 8th, take a flight around the world of whiskey with The Bancroft in Burlington. The evening kicks off with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four-course dinner led by Beam Suntory spirits specialist (and former Bancroft barkeep) Jack Kavanagh. Jack will lead you through five whiskeys from around the world, taking your palate on a boozy tour from Bourbon County’s Basil Hayden all the way to Japan’s Suntory Toki, alongside dishes like Butter-poached King Crab Louie and Whole Roasted Wagyu Sirloin.
