What’s Your Beef?

On Thursday, April 18th, the BCAE brings back What’s Your Beef, its fundraiser for the Jordan S. Ruboy M.D. Financial Aid Program. The night’s focus will be on using all cuts of beef as Michael Scelfo, Tiffani Faison, Jason Bond, Danny Bua, Brian Reyelt, Will Gilson and Louis DiBiccari each create a signature dish utilizing a different cut of meat. And don’t worry if meat isn’t your thing – Karen Akunowicz will provide a vegetarian option. There’ll also be cocktails courtesy of Domingo-Martin Bareres of Market, wine from 90+ Cellars and beer from Peak Organic, not to mention dessert and the opportunity to bid in a live auction hosted by NECN’s Jenny Johnson. Tickets range in price from $100 (for general admission) to $150 (for VIP) and $250 (for the exclusive Chef’s Table experience), but the proceeds will all go to students in need of scholarships and tuition vouchers for affiliated social services agencies.
