Whaling in Oklahoma is keeping the flame on their biweekly Meat & Three series alight with another two exciting installments, welcoming chef Chris Gould of Central Provisions in Portland, ME on Monday, June 3rd and chef Jared Foreman of Simjang in Worcester on Monday, June 17th. Each chef will prepare a tasty array of meats from which to choose, as well as three side dishes, available in addition to the regular dinner menu. Gould’s menu is inspired by the charred goodness of Argentinian churrasco, and Foreman will be taking his barbecue cues from the flavors of Southern Italy.
