Westland Distillery takes whiskey’s Wild-West roots and mixes in some West Coast hippie sensibility to create award-winning, sustainably-made hooch out of Seattle, and they’re coming to The Wellington in Belmont on Tuesday, February 19th. Join experts Nick and Zach Taylor of Taylor & Taylor Whiskey Co. in the restaurant’s Well Room as they talk you through a five-course dinner paired with Westland whiskeys. You’ll learn all about the distillery’s locally-sourced materials and exactly what’s gone into your glass while you enjoy crispy shrimp, a smoked duck PB&J, whiskey BBQ ribs, and other tasty treats out of the kitchen (spoiler alert: there’s gonna be cheese). Tickets are $95 including all the bells and whistles (and taxes and gratuities). Space is limited, don’t hesitate!
