We’ll Always Have Paris – Er, Cambridge

After more than thirty years in business, Casablanca will be closing its doors at the end of the summer. To mark the end of an era, owner Sari Abul-Jubein welcomes back some of the talented chefs who’ve graced the Harvard Square kitchen to join him for a last hurrah. On Thursday, August 16th chefs past and present will come together in the kitchen to create a wide array of hors d’oeuvres – look for Rob Chalmers (Private Chef for John Henry), Andy Husbands (Tremont 647), Steve “Nookie” Postal (Fenway Park), Wilton Osorno (West Side Lounge), Ruth Anne Adams (Let’s Eat), Robert Harris (Seasoned to Taste Catering), Ana Sortun (Oleana & Sofra) and Camillo Diaz in his home kitchen. There’ll be plenty of beer and wine so you can toast to the end of a beautiful friendship. The farewell fun costs $60 per person. Call 617.876.0999.
